A fluent recovery is a procedure that nimbly minimizes outage time of the systems, simultaneously and independentl. It can be performed by substations operators or by agents of the Operation Centers, with minimal posible communication, in accordance with procedures previously defined in studies.
ONS, together with the agents, set and keeps updated fluent restoration corridors and coordinated for the restoration of the country's main load centers. Throughout 2014, fluent recovery processeswere evaluated in several areas of the BIPS, especially where the start-up of new equipment brought major changes in the network topology, making it necessary to re-evaluate the recovery processes.
