Monthly Calculation of Services and Charges

The Monthly Determination of the Services and Transmission Incumbencies (AMSE) involves the calculation of the amounts of revenue to be paid to transmission service providers (transmission utilities and ONS) and incumbencies for the use of the Transmission System (EUST), and the Sectorial to be charged from each user of the Basic Network and Border Network.

The process of AMSE considers all the necessary calculations to revenue (Annual Revenue, Adjustment Portion of Prior Cycles, among others), charges (tariffs, demands and contracted generation) parameters, as well as all the variables involved (Variable Portion due to the unavailability of facilities; Financial additions due to Demand surpassing; New Agents; ONS Modulated Budget; Revenue from New Works).

AMSE ended the year with 129 transmission concessionaires and 370 users, of which 356 permanent and four temporary. The total billed charges and revenues paid in the year amounted to £ 8.364 billion.

In 2013 began the term of the TSA that transmission concessionaires had their concession contracts extended pursuant to Law No. 12,783 and therefore the payment of the new Permitted Annual Revenues associated with these concessionaires.
