In sequence, the transmission companies that won lots of auctions elaborate the basic design of the project, leaving the ONS the responsibility for the verification of their compliance with the requirements established in Technical Annexes and Procedures Network. From the first auction of 2013, agents of the sector began to access the ONS website in the "Guidelines for Preparation of Basic Projects for Transmission Projects," prepared by the Operator to facilitate the studies and the equipment specification of substations and transmission lines auctioned. This year, the technical requirements were defined for 37 lots for auctioned ventures and conducted 85 compliance checks of basic designs for new transmission facilities.
After approval of conformity of Basic Design and development of the executive project, the transmitter displays to the ONS features with which were built the new facilities. It is up to the operator to elaborate the "Technical Report of Analysis of Compliance of the Basic Network Facilities Effectively Implemented". This opinion is very important to integrate these facilities to the BIPS, as it ensures that they were built according to the Technical Annex of the auction, the basic design of the facility and the Grid Procedures. Throughout 2013, the compliance of 177 new transmission projects of basic network as effectively deployed was approved.
