It is an attribution of ONS established in Article 3 of ANEEL Resolution 281 of 1999 to prepare opinions for access to the Basic Network - RB and Other Transmission Facilities - DIT National Interconnected System.

The access process is defined in Module 3 of the Grid Procedures, in which are all detailed steps, instructions, information and studies to be conducted for its viability.

this year 1424 equivalent document of access were also drafted, 684 for purposes of technical capability to Reserve Energy Auction held in August and 740 for the New Energy Auction A-3 held in November.

76 information access were also issued, document regulated by ANEEL Normative Resolutions No. 343/2008, No. 390/2009, No. 391/2009 and No. 412/2010, which are intended to provide technical information to Aneel about the impact on transmission resulting from connection of generating plants for the purpose of obtaining new grants or altering existing system.

We also point out that in 2013 it was published on the ONS website the Internet Access Guide to the Transmission System. This guide aims to, in 10 steps, assist the accessing, simply and directly, to formalize its request for access to the ONS.
