The Annual Planning Cycle of Operation of BIPS is a process composed of medium-term studies of electrical operation, embodied in the Plan of Operation Electrical Operation - PEL, which horizon of analysis is from January of the year following its drafting / editing to April of the second year (sixteen months) and medium-term studies of energy operation, embodied in the energy Operation Plan - PEN, which analysis horizon is from May of it´s drafting / editing year to December of the fifth year from that (five years).
